Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of Amazity, the invite-only AI operations service provided by AMAZITY RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED, India ("Amazity," "we," "us").
By accepting these Terms when registering for Amazity, you agree to them. If you use Amazity on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
1 Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, the permissions you give them and the activities you authorize. You may use Amazity for lawful business purposes within the access and usage limits we make available.
2 Free alpha
Amazity is currently available as a free, invite-only alpha. Features may be incomplete, change substantially or be discontinued. Access may be limited, and we do not promise a particular release date, feature set, support response time or level of availability.
Any future paid service will be offered under pricing and payment terms presented before you agree to pay. Participating in the free alpha does not by itself enroll you in a paid subscription.
Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. The alpha should not be your only record of important business information.
3 Your content
You retain your rights in the information and materials you provide to Amazity ("Your Content").
You give us permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit Your Content as needed to provide, support, secure and evaluate the service, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to those purposes and remains subject to applicable law.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content and authorize its use. Do not provide confidential information belonging to someone else, or personal information you are not entitled to use.
Archiving a workspace does not delete its content. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is retained during the alpha and how to make a privacy request.
4 AI and automated actions
Amazity uses AI services, including OpenAI and Anthropic. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or similar to responses provided to others.
Review outputs before relying on them, sharing them or using them to make decisions. Amazity is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or appropriate human oversight.
Connected workflows can affect external systems. You are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions, checking instructions and destinations, and authorizing only actions you are entitled to perform.
You retain any rights you have in AI outputs. To the extent we acquire transferable rights in outputs generated for you, we assign those rights to you. This does not guarantee that an output is unique, protectable by intellectual property law or free of third-party rights.
5 Acceptable use
You must not use Amazity to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Access accounts, systems or information without authorization.
- Distribute malware, send abusive or unlawful communications, or interfere with the service.
- Bypass access controls, security protections or usage limits.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
Do not use the alpha for activities where a failure or incorrect result could cause serious harm.
6 Third party services
Third-party services you connect or use with Amazity are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts and permissions they require and for any charges they impose.
We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or compatibility with Amazity.
7 Our service and your feedback
We and our licensors retain all rights in Amazity's software, branding and other materials, excluding Your Content and any output rights described above.
If you choose to provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve Amazity without payment or an obligation to credit you. This does not give us ownership of unrelated content or confidential information.
8 Suspension and ending access
You may stop using Amazity at any time.
We may restrict, suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the alpha. Where reasonable, we will notify you and explain the reason, unless doing so would create a risk or be prohibited by law.
Ending access does not automatically erase information. Retention and privacy requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9 Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amazity is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the alpha will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from these Terms or use of Amazity.
These exclusions do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that applicable law does not allow a party to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10 Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as Amazity develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, except where an earlier change is necessary for legal or security reasons. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
These Terms and any separate written agreement between you and us govern your use of Amazity. A separate agreement takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these Terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
